In order to better integrate school classroom teaching, theoretical knowledge with corporate needs and talent standards, and enable students to understand the current business management model, market environment, and corporate culture in advance. On the morning of June 18th, nearly 150 students from the Business School of Hunan University of Humanities and Technology visited Hunan Boltpower Group, a subsidiary of Boltpower Group, for a research and study tour. This event was organized by the Hunan Loudi Economic and Technological Development Zone Enterprise Federation, led by Dr. Zeng Jianzhong from the Business School of Hunan University of Humanities and Technology.
The students visited the Product Experience Hall and Production Workshop of the Boltpower Industrial Park, experienced the corporate culture of the "Struggler" of the Boltpower, understood the development history, core technologies, and main products of the Boltpower enterprise, and went deep into the workshop to understand the production process and production process of the battery cells.

The research and study tour lasted for over 3 hours. Through this activity, students gained a deeper understanding of Hunan Boltpower New Energy Co., Ltd. and the new energy industry under Boltpower Group, gained a new understanding of modern enterprise management and operation models, and had a clearer understanding of future career plans.
